Jody O’Rourke

Jody O’Rourke, President and Owner of Positive Impact Advertising, Inc., started the company in October of 1995. Jody has brought high energy and excellent communication skills to the company for the last twenty-one years. Her passionate dedication to service has led to long-standing relationships with both clients and vendors, which sets Positive Impact Advertising, Inc. apart.

Jody has two sons that have both graduated college with advanced degrees in public policy, has traveled the world from Russia to Mexico, and is a citizen of two countries. She draws inspiration and ideas from wherever she goes, and brings her high-energy enthusiasm back to the office to share with colleagues and clients alike.

Meghan McCreary

Meghan has been an Account Executive with Positive Impact Advertising, Inc. since March, 2015. Meghan uses her creativity, enthusiasm, and wonderful insight to create unforgettable events, trade shows, and experiences for her clients. She’s always on the hunt for new and exciting items and opportunities to share with her clients to give them an edge in their respective industries.

Meghan studied art and French in college, and spends her down time surrounded by drawing pencils, books, and friends. Meghan also loves to travel and visit flea markets to dig for treasure.

Daniel Sivia

Daniel, who joined the Positive Impact Advertising team in October of 2015, is an Account Executive. Daniel is experienced and committed to his clients, and he brings a multitude of benefits to our team including consistency, dedication, and resourcefulness. Above all else, Dan is constantly searching to find new products for his clients that are unique, useful and make an impact in helping build his clients’ brands.

In his personal time, Dan stays active in his community by serving on the Executive Board for the Waukegan Chamber of Commerce and volunteering for various civic organizations. Enjoying travel, Dan likes to take impromptu weekend road trips with friends. One of Dan’s favorite quotes is by Maya Angelou: “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”

Ashley Hankins

Ashley Hankins has been serving as the Marketing Specialist for Positive Impact Advertising, Inc. since May of 2016. Ashley not only brings positive accountability to the company, but she is also extremely organized and supportive. She wears many hats at Positive Impact including office manager, administrative assistant, and source of calm in the often chaotic world of promotional products!

Ashley loves spending her time with her two young children and is an active member of her community. She coaches competitive cheerleading and enjoys the occasional camping trip.

Evelyn Jocson

Evelyn Jocson is the Senior Account Executive at Positive Impact Advertising, Inc. She has effectively been providing her leadership skills, creative solutions, and work experience to the company for the last eleven years.

When she’s not at work focusing on building her clients’ brands and helping expand their industry presence, Evelyn has a busy life at home with her husband and two children. She enjoys cooking and entertaining, and every now and then a good book.
